corporate transportation, wedding transportation, party bus, and other
private transportation services through its operations and transportation
partners, where applicable. All reservations are subject to vehicle
availability, confirmation, service-area coverage, and acceptance of the
applicable booking agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip details, including
pickup and drop-off locations, service dates, times, passenger counts,
special requests, and contact information.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations may require a deposit or payment to secure the booking.
Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, hourly rates, minimum rental periods,
additional fees, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be
communicated during the booking process or specified in the applicable
contract or invoice.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking
steps have been completed and confirmation has been provided by Texas
Elite Limo.
Any applicable cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or payment-dispute
terms will be governed by the customer’s booking agreement and applicable
law.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text
messages from Texas Elite Limo, you consent to receive messages in
accordance with the consent you provided.
Messages may include:
- Reservation confirmations and booking updates.
- Quotes, invoices, and payment reminders.
- Pickup instructions and chauffeur or vehicle information.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of
purchasing transportation services. You may withdraw marketing consent

4. Mobile Information and Privacy

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Delays
Cancellation requests, reservation changes, late arrivals, additional
stops, overtime, and refunds are subject to the terms disclosed during
booking and in the applicable contract.
Customers should contact Texas Elite Limo as soon as possible to request
changes. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional
charges where disclosed and permitted by law.
Unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, vehicle issues, road
conditions, or other operational disruptions may affect service. Texas
Elite Limo will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
7. Third-Party Transportation Providers
Where transportation is provided by a third-party vendor or operator,
service delivery may be subject to that provider’s applicable operational
requirements and contractual terms. Texas Elite Limo will communicate
relevant booking information to customers as appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Texas Elite Limo will not be
responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from
circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms &
Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits
any rights that customers have under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
Texas Elite Limo may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective
date. Any changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and any
existing booking agreement.
